Junior HR Associate

As a Junior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management in a fast-paced and tech-driven environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruitment Support: - Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings. - Onboarding: - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting induction sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Employee Records Management: - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both in physical and digital formats. - HR Documentation: - Assist in the preparation and filing of various HR-related documents, including employment contracts, policy updates, and performance evaluations. - Employee Engagement: - Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events. - Compliance & Policies: - Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to. Support HR in ensuring legal compliance with labor laws. - General HR Support: - Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including handling employee queries and assisting with internal communication. Qualifications & Skills: - Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field. - Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an HR role (Prior experience in an IT firm is a plus). - Skills: - Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Detail-oriented and highly organized. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Positive attitude with a passion for HR and employee relations.
