Job Summary We are seeking a talented AI/ML Lead with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to lead and execute AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and propose AI-driven solutions. Build and deploy machine learning models for classification, prediction, NLP, or computer vision use cases. Work on data preparation, feature engineering, model training, testing, and validation. Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines and integrate models into production environments. Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies, tools, and trends. Ensure AI models follow best practices in terms of fairness, transparency, and governance. Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of practical experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and SQL. Hands-on experience with data analysis, preprocessing, and model optimization. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment. Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management, versioning, and model monitoring. Ability to work independently on tasks while collaborating within a team. Preferred Skills Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, Chatbots, Image generation models). Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems. Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices. Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices for AI integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs and RAG pipelines. Nice-to-Have Experience working with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers). Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS or Others ) for semantic or hybrid search use cases. Exposure to FastAPI or Django for building and deploying AI-powered APIs and microservices. Experience with Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration of LLM agents for multi-step reasoning or decision-making tasks.
