Junior Finance Associate

We are looking for a sincere, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Junior Finance Associate to join our team at CIED Cochin. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure timely and accurate accounting, and assist in maintaining strong financial controls while working closely with the management team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts, including posting bank statements into Tally and Excel sheets.
• Basic Knowledge in GST, TDS, ESI, PF (additions, deletions, and updates).
• Handle salary disbursements and other payment transfers.
• Handle payroll activities in HRMS
• Prioritize payments based on available funds and update management with fund requirements.
• Manage client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain client and third-party service contracts.
• Prepare financial projections in collaboration with HR and management.
• Address finance-related queries from team members.
• Provide support in administrative tasks as needed.

Must Haves

• Based in or around Kochi.
• 0–1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and Tally.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Sincere, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
• Proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
