We are looking for a sincere, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Junior Finance Associate to join our team at CIED Cochin. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure timely and accurate accounting, and assist in maintaining strong financial controls while working closely with the management team. Responsibilities Maintain accounts, including posting bank statements into Tally and Excel sheets. Basic Knowledge in GST, TDS, ESI, PF (additions, deletions, and updates). Handle salary disbursements and other payment transfers. Handle payroll activities in HRMS Prioritize payments based on available funds and update management with fund requirements. Manage client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation. Prepare and maintain client and third-party service contracts. Prepare financial projections in collaboration with HR and management. Address finance-related queries from team members. Provide support in administrative tasks as needed. Must Haves Based in or around Kochi. 0–1 year of experience in finance or accounting. Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and Tally. Excellent English communication skills. Sincere, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
