We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, QA, and IT operations to support and improve our CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and enhance the reliability of our systems. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
Help manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor and maintain system health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
Support configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Participate in deploying applications, ensuring smooth and stable releases.
Collaborate with development teams to understand and support infrastructure needs.
Assist in maintaining version control systems and branching strategies (e.g., Git).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Write and maintain clear documentation for processes and configurations.

Requirements

Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
Understanding of version control systems (preferably Git).
Interest in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Catalyst by Zoho and PaaS.
Enthusiastic about automation, scalability, and system reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
Experience with Docker or containerized environments.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus).
