Junior Business Development Executive

As a Junior Business Development Executive at NCS SoftSolutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in client visits, product demos, lead generation, and supporting sales closures. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential clients in assigned regions. - Conduct client visits at locations such as banks and financial institutions for meetings and presentations. - Perform product demonstrations and explain key features to prospective clients. - Assist in the creation of proposals, quotations, and follow-up activities. - Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system regularly. - Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Support, Technical) to address client requirements. - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers. Skills & Qualifications: - Any degree with an MBA being preferred but not mandatory. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT sector. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings. - Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation abilities. - Energetic, confident, and customer-focused approach.
