Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Junior Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The role involves proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting with lead generation. Additionally, the role includes account management responsibilities and collaboration with teams to achieve business development goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Business Acumen with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Effective Communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain existing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
