Role Overview: As a fresh graduate joining our sales team at DigiMantra, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential leads and contributing to the company's growth. Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will be key in effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective customers. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound cold calls to potential leads to introduce company products and services. - Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers. - Understand client needs and schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems or spreadsheets. - Conduct basic market research and assist in lead generation strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach efforts. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new people. - Fluent in English. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. - Basic understanding of sales concepts or CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided).,
