About the Role

NCS SoftSolutions is looking for a dynamic Junior Business Development Executive for our Mumbai location. This role involves client visits, product demos, lead generation, and supporting sales closures. Ideal for candidates who are confident, well-spoken, and eager to build a career in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients in assigned regions.
• Visit client locations (banks/financial institutions) for meetings and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features.
• Support creation of proposals, quotations, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Implementation, Support, Technical) on client requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (IT preferred).
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Energetic, confident, and customer-focused.
