Position: Business Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Represent MapMyTutor in meetings, presentations, and academic collaborations.
• Coordinate scholarship drives, demo sessions, and academic promotions.

2. Marketing & Promotion

• Execute offline and online marketing campaigns.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Support education fairs, workshops, and community outreach events.

3. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

• Conduct structured cold calling to schools, parents, and potential partners.
• Generate and qualify leads through follow-ups and relationship-building.
• Maintain accurate lead data and outreach logs.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Follow up on registration fees, student lists, permissions, and school coordination.
• Prepare weekly reports, outreach summaries, and performance metrics.

5. Program Support

• Support promotions of long-term & short-term 11th/12th batches, CHAMP Foundation Program, and Scholarship Tests.
• Assist internal teams with enrolment support and student onboarding.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion.
• Ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of EdTech or school operations (preferred).
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
