Job Description: Freelance Academic Alliance Manager (FAAM) Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Freelance Academic Alliance Managers (FAAMs) to build partnerships with campuses and drive student engagement for HEPro’s subscription plans . FAAMs will onboard and manage a team of Campus Ambassadors, ensuring registrations and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and manage minimum 10 Campus Ambassadors per month . Train ambassadors to promote HEPro’s learning platform within their campuses. Monitor ambassador performance and ensure 100+ student registrations per ambassador per month . Collaborate with the support team to convert registrations into paid subscriptions. Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₹3,00,000 through subscriptions. Report weekly progress to the core management team. Compensation: Fixed: ₹2,000 per month (Target based) Incentive: 10% of revenue generated from their team’s conversions . Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate (students with strong networks can also apply). Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
