As a Project Manager in R&D (AI & Machine Learning) at NCS SoftSolutions (P) Ltd in Chennai, you will be part of India's leading Audit Platform, specializing in transforming Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Audit processes through cutting-edge AI-driven tools and domain expertise. Your role will involve hands-on management of R&D projects, requiring strong Java skills and expertise in AI/ML. You will contribute to innovative product development by combining backend systems with intelligent features. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop R&D solutions using Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets) and MyBatis - Build and integrate RESTful APIs - Work with Oracle DB for data modeling and query optimization - Implement secure coding practices, support VAPT fixes, and patch updates - Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git for deployment - Apply AI/ML models, utilize ML APIs, or cloud-based AI services - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams - Provide guidance to junior developers and lead small teams as necessary Skills Required: - Strong experience in Java, Spring, MyBatis, JSP, Servlets - Good understanding of REST APIs and Oracle DB - Exposure to secure coding and vulnerability fixes - Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines - Basic to intermediate knowledge in AI/ML frameworks or services - Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills Note: We actively encourage applications from part-time professionals and individuals on a career break.
