Full-Time Multiplayer Game Developer (2D) Remote We are a recruitment consultant hiring on behalf of our European client - an exciting gaming startup building a competitive PvP platform where players face off in fast-paced, real-time 2D multiplayer games . This is your chance to own the game dev side of a project thats going global Blockchain integrations are handled in-house your focus will be on building smooth, secure, and fun gameplay that keeps players hooked. What Youll Be Working On Creating lightweight but seamless 2D multiplayer games Building authoritative servers, socket networking, and turn timers Adding polish with animations, UI, and fluid interactions Ensuring real-time performance that feels professional & lag-free What Were Looking For Experience with multiplayer game dev (C++/Node.js, socket networking) Strong front-end skills in React, WebGL, Canvas rendering Bonus points if youve set up servers / online environments A portfolio of past projects (links/screenshots are a must – we value results over buzzwords!)
