Position - Business Analyst (only from NBFC background)
1. Minimum 3-year experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
3. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
10. Knowledge of FinnOne, FInnone Neo, Omnifin, LOS, LMS.
