Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

• Prepare

  architectural drawings

  (plans, sections, elevations, layouts) using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Support

  design development

  , concept planning, and schematic design under senior architect guidance.
• Assist in

  preparing presentation drawings, design boards, and portfolios

  .
• Research and propose

  innovative materials, finishes, and architectural solutions

  .

3D Modeling & Rendering

• Create

  3D models, renderings, and visualizations

  using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Develop

  architectural walkthroughs and 3D presentations

  for clients and internal reviews.
• Support the

  preparation of photorealistic visuals, diagrams, and charts

  .

Statutory Approvals & Documentation

• Assist in

  preparing drawings for municipal and statutory approvals

  .
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) for

  compliance and integrated design

  .
• Maintain proper

  project documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports

  .
• Assist in

  BIM coordination, clash detection, and documentation for approvals

  .

Site Coordination & Execution Support

• Conduct

  site visits

  for measurements, progress monitoring, and design implementation.
• Take notes and

  coordinate with contractors, clients, and consultants

  on-site.
• Monitor

  project timelines, quality, and adherence to designs

  .
• Assist in

  site inspection reports, photographs, and documentation

  .

Client Interaction & Coordination

• Support client meetings,

  workshops, and design discussions

  .
• Assist in

  taking follow-ups, tracking project deliverables, and maintaining client communications

  .
• Prepare

  meeting minutes, presentation materials, and reports

  .

Office & Team Support

• Assist senior architects and project teams in

  day-to-day office coordination

  .
• Support

  internal team coordination and workflow management

  .
• Assist with

  research on planning norms, building codes, and redevelopment laws

  (UDCPR, DCPR, SRA).

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max

  , or similar software.
• Knowledge of

  rendering tools

  like Lumion, V-Ray, or Twinmotion.
• Basic understanding of

  architectural design, planning norms, building bylaws, and redevelopment processes

  .
• Strong

  visualization, design, and presentation skills

  .
• Ability to

  coordinate with multiple stakeholders

  including clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from senior architects.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

• Freshers or final-year students are welcome to apply.
