Role & Responsibilities:

Design & Documentation

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and working drawings.
• Draft plans, elevations, sections, and municipal submission drawings in AutoCAD.
• Help in preparing feasibility studies and FSI calculations.
• Support senior architects in preparing 3D visualizations and design renders.
• Maintain drawing logs, revisions, and digital documentation.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for design integration.
• Assist in documentation for NMMC / PMC / SRA approvals.
• Participate in site visits for measurement, supervision, and progress tracking.

Research & Presentation

• Support in preparing concept presentations, mood boards, and case studies.
• Research materials, products, and sustainable design options.
• Assist in preparing client and developer presentation decks.

Software Skills (Preferred):

• AutoCAD

  (Mandatory)
• SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
• Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Revit (Basic knowledge preferred)

Knowledge Areas:

• DCPR 2034 & UDCPR 2020 basics
• Understanding of redevelopment process & SRA guidelines
• Building bye-laws, fire norms, and NBC
• Familiarity with architectural detailing and municipal drawing sets

Soft Skills:

• Good design sense and technical accuracy
• Team-oriented and eager to learn
• Attention to detail with responsibility in documentation
• Effective verbal & written communication

• Marathi reading, writing, and speaking is compulsory

  (for CHS & redevelopment coordination)

Work Hours:
