Role & Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in design development, presentations, and working drawings.
Support in preparing architectural plans, 3D views, and interior design concepts.
Work on documentation related to
UDCPR / DCPR norms
under guidance.
Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and vendors.
Contribute creative ideas for architecture and interior design projects.

Key Skills

Strong design sense and knowledge of software such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion
.
Understanding of building by-laws, high-rise building concepts, and basic structural coordination.
Good communication & teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in real estate & redevelopment projects.
