Job Description

Department: Administration / Operations Support Reports To: Operations Head/ Compliance Head Assist in documentation and filing of client KYC, agreements, and compliance papers as per SEBI norms. Coordinate with accounts and compliance teams for maintaining records of client payments and invoices. Help in tracking and maintaining client data and documentation as per internal guidelines. Support the dealing and research teams with administrative tasks and report handling. Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy while handling client or trading-related information. Coordination & Communication:Liaise with departments including HR, Accounts, Compliance, and Operations for daily coordination. Manage courier, inward/outward registers, and communication flow between branches or departments. Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining attendance, and arranging company events or client visits. Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative activities. Manage stationery, office supplies, and ensure timely procurement as per company policies. Coordinate with vendors for AMC services, facility maintenance, and other administrative needs. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to office decorum.
