Key Responsibilities Support senior management with admin and business support tasks. Handle professional emails, and follow-ups. Manage schedules, meetings, and general office activities. Prepare basic documentation, drafts, and internal communication. Create simple content related to accounting, finance, or firm updates. Manage the firm’s social media pages and professional online presence. Assist in recruitment (posting vacancies, screening profiles, first-level interviews). Prepare invoices and maintain basic billing records. Required Skills Strong English communication (written and verbal) — mandatory. Good email drafting and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Basic understanding of accounting concepts is an advantage, not compulsory.
