Job Description

You will be joining Paradiso Software, a Silicon Valley-based e-learning product and services company with a global presence in the industry for the past 10 years. As a Junior Admin Executive, your role will be to support the company's HR & Administration Department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Screening, interviewing, and testing applicants - Notifying existing staff of internal opportunities - Maintaining personnel records - Recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases - Tracking vacation, sick, and personal time - Providing orientation information packets to new employees - Reviewing company policies with new employees - Completing forms, reports, logs, and records related to human resources actions - Accomplishing department and organization missions - Handling admin tasks **Qualifications Required:** - Post-Graduate (Completed/Pursuing) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong MS Excel Skills - Willingness to accept challenges and thrive in a startup environment - Eagerness to learn and grow - Excellent analytical skills - Long-term prospect - Residing in Pune or willing to relocate If you join our team, you can expect regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, the authority and scope to apply your expertise, a high learning curve, and exposure to both domestic and international work culture by collaborating with the US Team. Please note that this role has a preference for male candidates and is a full-time position with day and morning shifts at the office in person.
