Junior Admin Executive

As a Junior Admin Executive at Paradiso Software, a Silicon Valley-based e-learning product and services company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR & Administration Department. Your responsibilities will include screening and interviewing applicants, orienting new employees, administering employee benefit programs, and handling various administrative tasks. To excel in this role, you should be a Post-Graduate (Completed/Pursuing) with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and a willingness to embrace challenges in a startup environment. Additionally, you must possess excellent analytical skills, a long-term perspective, and be based in Pune or open to relocation. In this role, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and testing applicants, maintaining personnel records, orienting new employees, documenting HR actions, and assisting in accomplishing the department and organization's mission. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
