Role Purpose:

Supports human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs, handling admin stuff.

Role Requirements:

• Post-Graduate (Completed/Pursuing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Excel Skills
• Willing to accept challenges and thrive in a startup environment

• Candidate must be living in Pune or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
• Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Orienting new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding
• Documenting human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Accomplishing human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Handling admin stuff.
