About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Junior Accountant

to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in handling accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in entries
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
  • Assist with audits and other financial assessments
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a night shift
