Junior Accountant

As an Invoice Generation specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate invoices to clients based on purchase orders or contracts. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with pricing, taxes (GST/VAT), and other terms to facilitate seamless financial transactions. In addition to invoice generation, you will handle Accounts Receivable tasks and be involved in reconciliation processes. This includes reconciling billing records with bank statements or the general ledger, as well as resolving any discrepancies or billing issues with clients or internal teams. Your role will also require you to maintain organized records of bills, invoices, and transactions for effective financial record-keeping. Furthermore, you will support finance teams in audits or internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and information. Tax and compliance will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities, where you will ensure GST or VAT compliance in all billing documents. Additionally, you will generate required tax reports and assist in filings if needed to uphold legal and regulatory standards.
