Junior Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience:

Role Overview:

Junior Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market

    bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizens)

    to vendors and clients.
  • Identify suitable requirements using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.).
  • Submit consultant profiles, follow up for feedback, and coordinate interviews.
  • Build and maintain basic vendor and client relationships.
  • Communicate with consultants regularly about requirements and updates.
  • Maintain daily/weekly activity trackers for submissions and interviews.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in bench sales/recruitment (freshers with US staffing training may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of

    US recruitment/staffing process

    .
  • Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work in

    US time zones (EST/CST)

    .
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in the staffing domain.

Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market

    bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizens)

    to preferred vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
  • Leverage strong vendor/client relationships to secure opportunities.
  • Negotiate billing rates, finalize contracts, and ensure consultant satisfaction.
  • Guide consultants through interviews, client feedback, and onboarding.
  • Provide

    leadership, mentorship, and training

    to junior recruiters.
  • Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
  • Report weekly/monthly metrics on submittals, interviews, and closures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    6+ years of proven experience

    in

    US IT Bench Sales

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    US recruitment life cycle

    and immigration terms (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizens).
  • Established vendor/client networks with a track record of consistent closures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Leadership ability with experience managing/mentoring recruitment teams.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work in

    night shift (US EST/CST time zone)
