. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
· Develop national-level sales strategy for FRP products across industrial, commercial, and EPC segments.
· Achieve annual sales & profitability targets.
· Identify new revenue streams, product segments, and niche markets for growth.
· Drive project-based sales (FRP tanks, piping, ducts, structures, scrubbers, equipment).
B. Business Development & Key Accounts Management
· Build and nurture strategic relationships with:
o EPC contractors
o Consultants
o Industrial clients (Chemical, Pharma, Power, Water Treatment, Fertilizers, Refineries, OEMs)
· Drive long-term contracts, rate agreements, and major project wins.
· Develop key account management framework to improve client retention.
C. Tendering, Estimation & Project Sales
· Oversee tender submission, costing, technical bids, and commercial proposals.
· Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements.
· Ensure competitive pricing strategy while maintaining profitability.
· Coordinate with design, engineering & production teams for technical accuracy.
D. Marketing & Brand Development
· Create brand positioning strategy for FRP product range.
· Lead digital marketing, technical catalog development, case studies, and industry events.
· Drive demand generation campaigns and lead generation activities.
· Strengthen corporate presentation, website communication, and product visibility.
E. Market Intelligence & Product Strategy
· Track competitor moves, pricing trends, and new technologies in FRP sector.
· Identify emerging opportunities such as corrosion-resistant equipment, customized FRP solutions, and turnkey projects.
· Provide market feedback for product development and innovation.
F. Team Leadership & Performance Management
· Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers, project sales engineers, and marketing staff.
· Set KPIs, monitor performance, and develop training programs.
· Recruit and build a high-performing technical sales team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
