Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 65.

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated 'Junior Sales Executive' who will be responsible for preparing professional business proposals, reaching out to potential donors and corporates for CSR activities, and converting digital leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills with the ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present professional business proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients and corporations.
  • Make outbound calls to potential donors, corporates, and CSR representatives to secure contributions and partnerships.
  • Convert inbound digital leads into successful business deals through effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain a high level of calling efficiency with excellent convincing ability.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and proposals in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Ability to draft professional business proposals and emails.
  • Comfortable with making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
