Business Development Manager/Executive – Media Agency

Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow our client base and generate new business opportunities, focusing on advertising, marketing, and digital media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business leads for media services.
• Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts; ensure successful campaign execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to optimize outreach.
• Maintain and update CRM systems.
• Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and online.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 year of B2B sales or media sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of advertising/media industry trends.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
