About the Role:-

At Saplings International Primary School, we believe that strong parent-school partnerships are the foundation of a child’s successful learning journey. We are seeking a Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) who can serve as the bridge between parents and the school, ensuring clear communication, a supportive environment, and positive engagement at every stage.The PRM will be responsible for building trust with parents, addressing queries, supporting school initiatives, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where families feel valued and heard.

Key Responsibilities

:-
  • Parent Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensure timely, transparent, and empathetic communication with parents.
  • Coordinate parent orientations, workshops, and interactive sessions.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with parents.
  • Provide personalized attention to parents, supporting them in understanding school policies, curriculum, and student progress.
  • Support conflict resolution between parents and teachers/school staff.
  • School Collaboration
  • Work closely with teachers, coordinators, and the leadership team to share parent insights and feedback.
  • Coordinate events, parent-teacher meetings, and community-building activities.
  • Support admissions and retention efforts by providing parents with accurate and positive school information.
  • Operational Support
  • Maintain updated parent records and communication logs.
  • Monitor and evaluate parent satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure smooth execution of parent-related processes (orientation, feedback sessions, grievance redressal)

Education & Experience:-

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Education, Psychology, or Communication).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in schools as a Teacher, Preschool Principal, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of parent expectations in early years/primary schooling.

Skills & Competencies:-

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.
