Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parent Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Parent Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Key responsibilities include communicating regularly with parents, organizing parent-teacher meetings, providing updates on student progress, and handling feedback to improve school services. The role also involves collaborating with school staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service and relationship management experience
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
Organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
