About the Role

HR Managers


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Drive initiatives for employee training, development, and retention.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience

    as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in

    team handling and leadership.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a

    hybrid / WFH environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
