Customer Success & Relationship Managers

• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring their long-term success.
• Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and proactive support.
• Drive client engagement by ensuring effective onboarding, adoption, and utilization of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and marketing) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer requirements and business growth areas.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and data analysis.
• Resolve client concerns and escalations efficiently to maintain high retention levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relationship milestones in CRM tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
