Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client interactions and order coordination.
• Share product details, pricing, and customization options with clients.
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Maintain client records and update databases for follow-ups and repeat orders.
• Manage order timelines, delivery schedules, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support the management team with client communication updates and reports.
• Handle post-delivery feedback and assist in building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal & written).
• Prior experience in

  client coordination, customer servicing, or operations

  .
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth order handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and basic CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communication, or related field).

• 0.5–3 years of relevant experience

  in client servicing, coordination, gifting/retail industry, BPO/KPO, or customer support.
