Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration into the team.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
• Draft and update HR policies as per company requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Employee Engagement & Development

• Organize training, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Foster a positive work culture by handling employee queries and grievances.
• Assist management in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.

Administration & Coordination

• Support payroll processing in coordination with accounts.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Contribute to organizational planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferred in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or startup environment).
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
