The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, technical proficiency in graphic design tools, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in designing marketing materials, social media creatives, website graphics, branding assets, and other visual content. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative Design & Development: • Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and social media creatives. • Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including advertisements, newsletters, email templates, and website visuals. 2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Graphics: • Design engaging social media posts, reels, stories, GIFs, and thumbnails for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Create infographics, animated visuals, and interactive content to enhance audience engagement. 3. Branding & Identity: • Assist in logo design, typography selection, color palettes, and overall branding elements for different projects. • Work on packaging design, merchandise branding, and corporate identity materials when required. 4. Image Editing & Retouching: • Edit and enhance images using Photoshop and Lightroom for various marketing purposes. • Perform background removal, color correction, and retouching for product photos and promotional materials. 5. Collaboration & Project Management: • Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align visual designs with business goals. • Maintain an organized design repository and asset library for easy access and use. • Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or branding. Technical Skills: • Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW • Experience with Canva, InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro is a plus. Knowledge of basic motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage. Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling. Adaptability : Ability to design for various formats, including print, web, social media, and mobile apps.
