Source new business for LAP / HL through direct channels, DSA, and referral networks
Manage end-to-end customer relationship from sourcing to disbursement
Conduct personal discussions, eligibility checks, and explain loan offerings to clients
Ensure high quality sourcing in terms of customer profile, documentation, and compliance
Maintain productivity norms on login, sanction & disbursement
Coordinate with internal credit, legal & technical teams for processing files
Regularly engage with existing and potential clients to generate business and referrals
Stay updated with competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch-level profitability
Sales-driven and target-oriented attitude
Local market knowledge and existing network preferred
Proven track record of high-ticket size deals
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Local experience strongly preferred
Strong communication & presentation skills
Ability to understand customer financials and documentation
High degree of self-motivation and result orientation
Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems
Fluency in local language is a plus
