Responsibilities As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for : Coordinating the commissioning of all rotary and static equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and preventive maintenance processes. Leading the commissioning of process plants, air compressors, HVAC systems, DAW plants, wastewater treatment plants, STP, ZLD systems, electrical substations, electrical panels, transformers, dry type transformers, switchgear, and fire-fighting equipment. Ensuring the detailed execution of equipment maintenance and the commissioning of ASRS and utilities. Implementing strict safety precautions to maintain a safe working environment . Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to efficiently implement project plans. Coordinating with various departments to determine project requirements and deliverables. Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: A B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience. 15 to 20 years of proven experience in commissioning and maintenance of equipment and systems listed above. Outstanding leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
