Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Active Alignment Process Engineer to join our core team in Sanand. You’ll be responsible for configuring and optimizing the AA process for smartphone camera modules — ensuring micron-level precision in lens-to-sensor alignment for both fixed-focus and autofocus systems. Key Responsibilities Set up and fine-tune AA machines for optimal UPH, accuracy, and alignment yield Calibrate Z-height, tilt, shift, and bonding for optimal optical performance Validate golden samples and drive continuous yield improvement using test feedback Collaborate closely with EOL testing and COB teams to resolve defect trends Support pilot production, ramp-up, and vendor-machine interface Requirements 3–8 years of hands-on experience in active alignment or optical process engineering Proficient with platforms like Hyvision, Trioptics, Furonteer , or similar Deep understanding of optical-mechanical calibration techniques Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and high-throughput operations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or applied optics What We Offer Globally competitive salary (negotiable for exceptional candidates) Full relocation assistance, visa/work permit support, and housing aid in India
