Material & Logistics Planning and Quality Approved batch Planning 1) Follow-up with Internal Planner & Production team for Material Availability as per schedules of Customers 2) Escalation of Non availability of material to concern stakeholders 3) Ensuring material planning as per approved quality cleared batch 4) Coordination & vehicle placement with transporter in advance as per schedules of Customers 5) Ensuring maximum space utilization of vehicle and to avoid any underload dispatches 6) Need to adhere vehicle placement as per contract and to look for spot bidding solution on deviation to avoid missing schedule 7) Ensuring placement and coordination with internal and external stake holders on timely placement of Ex-work vehicle to avoid any schedule and to ease storage space 2. Warehouse Inventory 1) Inventory Management - Managing Inventory Level on Slow moving & Nonmoving of material and to liquidate with the help of production and sales team 2) FIFO Compliance Ensuring proper allotment of Batch nos considering material FIFO to avoid any leftover of old stocks 3) Ensuring external warehouse inward and outward movement to create space at mother warehouse and to optimize utilization of external warehouse 3. MIS Report , Transporter Compliance management 1) Circulation of MIS Report Monthly Plan Vs Dispatch Adherence & Non-Availability of Material, 2) Debit Note Issuing of Debit note On late arrival of vehicle, Non placement of Vehicle and Tracking of Underload dispatches & approval 4. Export Dispatch & Documentation 1) Export Dispatch Coordination with Internal Team for material availability as per schedule and ensuring timely placement of vehicle accordingly and to ensure proper loading of material as per specification of customer and material 2)Documentation SAP Invoice, Customs Invoice, Packing List and Stuffing report and other related coordination with Internal and external agency to be coordinated for timely release of consignment 5.Reverse Logistics & Accounting of Sales Return 1) Ensuring vehicle placement for picking up material from customer end as per timeline 2) Ensuring proper unloading of Return material from Customers & Depot 3) Ensuring proper approval as per DOA for accounting sales return 4) Raising credit note advice to concern stake holder for generation of sales return documents
