Candidate Preferable from- Valve Manufacturing industries Background Design software - AutoCAD Solid work, Ansys knowledge & experience, flow analysis , design calculation New Product Design & Development, Valve Mapping and Reverse Engineering & Material selection Standards Knowledge-ASTM,EN,ASME & API Studying Drawing as per the Technical requirements, Preparing Bill Of Materials, Existing Drawing correction and issue for production
Proficiency in quality control systems , well knowledge about measuring instruments, NDT LEVEL-II CERTIFED, LINE INSPECTION, KNOWLDGE ABOUT QC DOCUMENTATION - INSPECTION REPORT ETC. RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION , KNOWLDGE ABOUT QUALITY STANDARDS
