Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Should be well versed with SCADA operations.
Should have ability to understand reactor operations.
Candidate from Pharma/ Fine Chemical Industry will be preferred
Carry out process control & Control the plant operation in totality using Scada.
Monitoring of critical parameter and render technical help to resolve the anomalies.
Monitor SCADA parameters, trends and identify deviations if any & propose proactive corrective actions in consultation with Shift In charge if required.
Data communication monitoring
Ability to operate various switches, control devices and valves, and knowledge of the effect each has on total plant operations.
Knowledge of process interlocks and process safety.
Aware about gear box, pump, agitator, air blower & batch process manufacturing in a chemical plant.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma Chemical/ B.Sc. Chemistry
Candidate from Pharma/ Fine Chemical Industry will be preferred
Should have knowledge of
Chemical Plant
Operations
Fluent in English communication
Having knowledge of MS Office
