Their ongoing project portfolio includes 200 MWp under various stages of execution. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SCADA Operator located in Vadodara. The SCADA Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling processes and systems related to utility-scale solar PV power plants. Daily tasks include overseeing the performance of the SCADA system, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system functionality and reliability, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the SCADA Operator will collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and managing SCADA systems for utility-scale solar PV power plants Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining SCADA systems Familiarity with control processes and system functionality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
