Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage inward and outward courier entries and maintain accurate records.
Maintain sample entries (inward & outward) and update SAP entries or samples.
Handle daily courier dispatch, track shipments, and send status updates to the concerned departments.
Prepare and issue gate passes for visitors and ensure proper visitor management.
Coordinate international and local courier services as required.
Prepare weekly breakfast and lunch menus and maintain coupon records for employees.
Obtain vendor quotes and coordinate dispatch of yearly calendars, including preparing address lists and documentation for dispatch.
Provide general administrative and front-desk support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidate from Mumbai central suburb will be preferred
Education:
Any Graduate.
Experience

:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist/ Front Office Executive.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
Computer Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP preferred.
Personal Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities.
