Job Title: Printing Machine Operator - "Walk In Interview"
Department: Production
Reporting To: Production Supervisor
Shift: Day Shift (12 Hours Duty)
Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines to ensure high-quality print output as per production schedules. The operator must ensure smooth machine functioning, color consistency, and adherence to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing machines as per job specifications.
• Ensure proper plate, ink, and material loading before production.
• Check printing text, layout, color, and registration during production.
• Conduct random in-process inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to ensure consistent output.
• Maintain machine logbooks and daily production reports.
• Clean and maintain the machine and surrounding area after each shift.
• Report any mechanical or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and 5S procedures.
• Minimize wastage of ink, paper, and other materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operating offset/flexo/gravure printing machines (as applicable).
• Knowledge of machine setup, color matching, and print quality parameters.
• Ability to work long shifts with focus and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physically fit and attentive to details.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or equivalent qualification preferred.
