Communicate effectively with clients and consultants; manage site visits, inspections, and technical queries. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution Industry: HVAC contracting firms or MEP companies handling industrial or healthcare projects Skills: Strong leadership and team coordination at the site Proficient in reading HVAC drawings and managing execution Basic proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication Good understanding of material management and inventory flow Hands-on experience in ERP software for project execution tracking Effective problem-solving and client-handling skills Additional Information: Joining Date: Immediate Relocation: Required to project site in Jalgaon and Pune Reporting Location: On-site
