Strong knowledge of materials science, tolerances, and manufacturing processes like machining, casting, 3D printing, and sheet metal fabrication. Proven experience in experimental prototyping and conducting rigorous tests to validate designs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach. Demonstrated ability to own projects and take responsibility for delivering results under tight deadlines. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with defence systems or similar mission-critical products. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies using software like (SolidWorks, CATIA).
