Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Management:

    Source new clients, nurture existing relationships, and generate referrals through market outreach (DSAs, professionals).
  • Sales & Target Achievement:

    Drive sales for Unsecured and secured loan products (PL, BL,Home Loans, LAP) and meet individual/team targets.
  • Loan Processing:

    Manage the end-to-end process, from application login to disbursement, ensuring timely document closure and compliance.
  • Internal Coordination:

    Work with Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations teams for smooth processing.
  • Financial Assessment:

    Understand client needs, assess financial eligibility, and structure appropriate loan solutions.
  • Customer Service:

    Act as the main point of contact, resolving queries, building trust, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Feedback:

    Provide insights to product teams for staying competitive.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of secured loan products and financial regulations.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple clients.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance/Business preferred).
  • Experience in financial services/lending is mandatory
