Minimum 10-15 years of experience in used oil re-refining plant management, petroleum refining, chemical processing, or related industries, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of used oil re-refining technologies (e.g., Filtration, vacuum distillation, polishing technologies, hydrotreating). Proven experience in managing P&L and driving operational excellence. Continuously developing through learning and competency building.
