Purpose of the Role Candidate should have leadership quality with positive attitude to lead the team at job. Self-motivated, decision making quality will be added advantage. Candidate must have good analytical approach & inbuilt problem solving capacity during professional challenges and must have experience in working with more than 100MW power plant. What does this role entail For BTG- Electrical maintenance: Candidate must have well exposure of 150X2 MW Units , TG BRUSHLESS EXCITATION SYSTEM & its AUXILLIARIE, AVR,PMG, MAIN EXCITER,GMP/GCP, NGR and LAVT PANNEL) of BHEL Make Generator & its protection system. Exposure required for integration of main plant Protection system with SCADA AUTOMATION (O&M), Network management, through LAN/OFC network establishment concerned with 220kv SAS. Exposure in DVAR (BHEL) & its integration with DCS. Exposure required for standard; IEC 61850,101 Protocol, 104 protocol, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, RS232, RS485,Modbus protocol testing & commissioning etc. Exposure required in ABBs Relay & its configuration & testing REM610/611/615 /RET650 & REG670 RTU, BCUs, Server O&M etc. Exposure required SAP maintenance module, CMT, Meter data communication. Exposure required in ABT system, smart metering, EMS system. Exposure required in TG & 220kv Grid synchronization system. Exposure required for troubleshooting for AC Drives (SIEMENS, ABB ACS 550 ABB ACS 880) Exposure in Testing & trouble shooting related control ckt for Generator & Power Transformer GT/ST/UT & HT/LT Switchgears relates issues. Trouble shooting of electrical ckt CRP & GRP. Exposure of LT&HT Motor & Switchgear maintenance (ABB/Schneider/L&T). Experience in Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance, with compliance of plant EHS regulation & PTW system for all vital electrical equipments i.e Power Transformers, Generator and Motors & Motor Feeders are inevitable.
