Job Description We are seeking an ISO Coordinator to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of ISO standards within our organization. Duties & Responsibilities 1. ISO Documentation & Management: Develop, update, and maintain all ISO-related documents, including procedures, forms, and other quality management materials. Ensure the secure storage and accurate maintenance of ISO documents, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance. 2. Internal audits and compliance: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure the company complies with ISO standards (e.g., QMS, ISMS, ISO 19650). Track audit findings and work with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are taken and improvements are made. 3. Training and awareness: Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on ISO procedures and standards. Ensure that employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining ISO compliance and the companys quality standards. 4. External audit coordination: Coordinate with certification bodies for external audits and assessments, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
